Involves technical planning, route selection, and system design to ensure efficient and safe transport of fluids (oil, gas, or water) through flowlines from wellheads to processing facilities.
Covers the sourcing of materials (pipes, valves, fittings) and the physical installation of flowlines, including trenching, welding, and laying of pipelines in accordance with industry standards.
Flowlines are pressure-tested with water (hydrotest) to verify structural integrity and leak-tightness before being introduced into service, followed by commissioning to bring the system online.
Ongoing inspection, cleaning, and repair of flowlines to prevent corrosion, leaks, or blockages, ensuring uninterrupted and safe operations over the asset’s lifecycle.
Refurbishment or replacement of corroded or damaged mechanical systems and structural components to restore operational safety and reliability of oil and gas facilities.
Modernization of electrical systems and control instrumentation, improving process automation, safety monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Replacement of outdated or degraded pipelines and flowlines with new, high-integrity lines to prevent failure, comply with regulations, and ensure optimal fluid transport.
Comprehensive evaluations of facility conditions, followed by targeted restoration efforts to meet regulatory standards and extend the operational lifespan of infrastructure.
